Refund policy

App store and Google Play purchases

If you purchased paid Services through the App Store or Google Play, the entire transaction is processed by Apple and Google. We defer refund decisions of app store purchases to Apple and Google, and generally do not process them ourselves. If you would like a refund for whatever reason, we encourage you to contact Google and Apple's customer service. Your refund will likely be granted.

Purchases outside of the app stores

Refunds of purchases outside of app stores are processed case-by-case. In general, we're happy to grant a full refund if you forgot to cancel your plan, or just weren’t happy with the Service. In some cases, we may grant prorated or partial refunds based on usage.
